dui reform

This blog is dedicated to all those innocent DUI recipients who think they've been unfairly treated by the law in a hypocrital society...
Goals of this blog, among others, are:
1)  to promote awareness that DUI arrests/convictions, under the guise of public safety, are primarily a cash cow for many different entities, such as courts and attorneys, and serve as a major source of revenue for city, county, and state governments, without which, these economies would be more sorely off...
2)  to promote reform of the penalty structure of DUI law as well as the DUI Task Force and other questionable behaviors of the police in regards to securing DUI arrests...
3)  to promote public transportation and other forms of protection that can reduce legal access to private assets...
4)  to promote the idea that breathalyzer/interlock systems should be installed in all vehicles, further reducing legal access to private assets...
5)  to promote the idea of organizing a group of concerned citizens who would lobby for the above and related goals...
6) to promote the free exchange of ideas related to this topic...
